Solera thermoplastic E-14 lampholders: bodies and accessories

Selecting the component
The lamp cap, M10/100 mounting thread and external body thread perform different functions. Choose the body for the intended assembly and check shade and retaining-ring dimensions. 731 and 731N are accessories rather than complete lampholders; do not assume they are supplied with every reference.
Selection must respect the voltage, current, power and thermal conditions of both the component and the luminaire. Disconnect the supply before installation or replacement and follow the manufacturer’s instructions; a matching lamp cap alone does not validate the complete assembly.

How do smooth, threaded and stopped bodies differ?
They are body mounting variants. The lamp connection remains E-14; compare the lampholder drawing with the shade or support.
Do white and black versions have different current ratings?
The six listed 6584 references specify 2 A and 250 V~. Colour does not replace checking the exact reference and its mounting.
Can an E-14 LED lamp be fitted?
Only where cap, voltage, dimensions and thermal conditions match and the lampholder and luminaire limits are respected. Equivalent wattage is not the selection criterion.
