Solera CLE24, CLE34 and CLE54 quick connectors offer 2, 3 and 5 terminals respectively. Data sheets specify rigid conductors up to 4 mm², flexible conductors up to 2.5 mm², 400 Vac operating voltage and 18 A maximum current. CLE4-5 contains two CLE24, two CLE34 and one CLE54.

Selection and installation

Choose terminal count for the circuit diagram and confirm which points are internally connected. Do not treat entry count as isolated poles or mix line, neutral and protective conductors at a common point. Check the section allowed per conductor, preparation and stripping instructions. Thermal test values are not continuous operating temperatures.

Respect electrical limits and the instructions for the reference and receiving equipment. Disconnect the supply before making connections; nominal section alone does not validate the assembly.

How do CLE24, CLE34 and CLE54 differ?

They have 2, 3 and 5 terminals. Their sheets publish the same maxima: 4 mm² rigid, 2.5 mm² flexible, 400 Vac and 18 A.

What does CLE4-5 contain?

Two CLE24, two CLE34 and one CLE54: five devices in total. Kit contents should not be confused with the number of terminals in one connector.

Can they accept any 4 mm² cable?

The 4 mm² maximum is declared for rigid conductors. Descriptions specify 2.5 mm² for flexible conductors. Confirm preparation and installation requirements before connection.
