The transformation of our production centres into smart factories enables real-time monitoring of key operational indicators. This leads to faster and more efficient decision-making, improving both productivity and the quality of our products.

Currently, over 142 automated machines equipped with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), monitors, and touchscreens are integrated into our M.E.S. (Manufacturing Execution System).

This infrastructure, combined with advanced tools for production sequencing and comprehensive maintenance management, allows us to achieve high production capacity and provide quick, flexible responses to market demands.

The Lean methodology, developed by Toyota, drives continuous improvement with a strong focus on delivering value to the customer.

At Solera, we have implemented Lean Manufacturing in our production plants and logistics centre, promoting more agile and efficient processes. In addition, the Quality and Sales departments have adopted Lean Management for project handling, enhancing collaboration and outcomes in every initiative.

Our way of working under this philosophy is based on standardised, stable, and reliable processes, guided by principles that lead us towards operational excellence.
